Overall responsible to execute Multiple Turnkey Interior Projects at various Locations
Lead Project Engineer Teams and coordinate with Vendor & Supply Chain Management teams
Work directly with Architects & Clients based on Project needs
Project Scheduling & Monitoring, report back to Management & Client of Key Milestones
Ensuring All Projects are delivered within Budget/Time/Quality
Individual is responsible for day-to-day Site Supervision of Turnkey Interior Projects
Derive Bill Of Materials (BOM) from Project BOQ
Ensuring Project Execution is in-line with drawings & BOQ's
Support QS team on Billing Activity
Complete Project Snag List & Ensuring Project Closure in all aspects
Includes 30% of travel across Pan India.
Commitment to SSPPL for a minimum duration of 3 Years with a Yearly Performance Appraisal
