Job Description

Job Title: SAP ABAP Consultant

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Type: Contract

SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications using
ABAP programming language
.
Work on
RICEF objects
(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Develop and optimize
CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services
in
ABAP on HANA/S4 HANA
environment.
Create and enhance
SmartForms, Adobe Forms, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements
.
Perform
code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
for high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.
Support
system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects
including S/4HANA transformations.

Requirements:

9+ years of proven experience in
SAP ABAP development
.
Strong expertise in
RICEF, OOPs ABAP, Workflow, ALE/IDoc, Web Dynpro
.
Hands-on experience in
ABAP on HANA
(CDS, AMDP, Performance Optimization).
Good understanding of
Fiori/UI5 integration
and OData service development.
Experience with
data migration tools (LSMW, BODS)
and interface technologies.
Excellent
problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills
.
Ability to work in
Agile / Onsite-Offshore delivery models
.

Good to Have (Add-On Advantage):

Exposure to
S/4HANA conversion/migration projects
.
Knowledge of
integration with third-party systems
.
Experience in
SAP Cloud Platform or BTP
.
