Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead interior design projects from concept through construction, including space planning, mood boards, and FF&E specifications. Oversee design development, working drawings, and material selections. Manage client presentations, meetings, and ongoing communication. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors. Supervise junior designers and mentor team members. Prepare detailed documentation including drawings, schedules, and specifications. Ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Conduct site visits and oversee installation phases.
