The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving store sales targets, monitoring daily performance, and motivating the team to exceed KPIs like conversion rate and average transaction value. The role includes recruiting, training, and managing store staff, creating duty rosters, and conducting regular performance appraisals. Delivering outstanding customer service is critical. The Store Manager will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience. In addition, the role requires maintaining high visual merchandising standards , executing seasonal display plans, and ensuring store presentation aligns with brand guidelines. Inventory management is another key area, involving stock level monitoring, shrinkage control, stock audits, and coordination with the warehouse for replenishments. On the operations front , responsibilities include cash handling, banking, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining all compliance and safety standards within the store. The Store Manager will also generate and review sales reports, coordinate with the Area Manager and head office teams for smooth store operations, and contribute to local marketing initiatives. Qualification: Graduate with 3-5 years of retail management experience (apparel preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills required. Working Hours: As per retail business needs, including weekends and holidays.
