Key Responsibilities

  exterior elevations

  with strong visual and aesthetic appeal using

  Lumion

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, site teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  
• Ensure designs are aligned with

  client requirements, budgets, and timelines

• Conduct

  site visits

  , supervise execution, and resolve design-related site issues
• Maintain design quality, material selection, and finishing standards as per Build Arch guidelines
  

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of

  Interior Designing principles, materials, and finishes

• Proficiency in

  SketchUp

  for 3D modeling
• Expertise in

  Enscape

  for interior rendering
• Excellent command of

  Lumion

  for exterior elevation design and rendering
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
