Job Description Build Arch Architecture & Interiors is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in interior design, project handling, and high-quality 3D visualization . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end interior design projects , from concept development to final execution Create detailed interior design concepts, layouts, and working drawings Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp and Enscape Design exterior elevations with strong visual and aesthetic appeal using Lumion Coordinate with clients, vendors, site teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution Ensure designs are aligned with client requirements, budgets, and timelines Conduct site visits , supervise execution, and resolve design-related site issues Maintain design quality, material selection, and finishing standards as per Build Arch guidelines Required Skills & Software Knowledge Strong knowledge of Interior Designing principles, materials, and finishes Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling Expertise in Enscape for interior rendering Excellent command of Lumion for exterior elevation design and rendering Ability to handle multiple projects independently Good communication and client-handling skills Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics Interested candidates can share their resume and portfolio at: Whatsapp: 8905123455
