Senior Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer based in Kochi, you will be required to have a Bachelors or masters degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution. With at least 7 years of professional experience, your track record should demonstrate your expertise in working on large-scale, complex projects in the UAE or GCC region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Showcasing a strong portfolio with a diverse range of completed interior design projects that highlight your creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various design styles. - Utilizing industry-standard design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Knowledge of MS Office Suite is also essential. - Managing projects effectively by coordinating design teams, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects adhere to schedules and budgets. - Applying your knowledge of building codes, regulations, and design standards specific to the UAE/GCC region. - Demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring abilities by guiding and developing junior designers within the team.
