About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Insurance Sales Manager – Team Leader for the ABP Channel (Build Partner). The role involves leading a team, developing partners, and driving insurance sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, guide, and develop business partners.
• Drive sales through insurance products.
• Motivate and manage a sales team to achieve business targets.
• Build strong relationships with partners for long-term success.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 5+ Years exp. in Field Sales Or 1+ year of experience in insurance sales.
• Team-handling or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
