Senior Influencer Marketing Associate

As a member of Mad Influence, a creator-first, full-stack marketing company under Mad Group, your role will involve operating our in-house tool, Xley, to plan, launch, and scale creator campaigns with precision. You will own the strategy, quality control, and stakeholder outcomes while the platform handles the heavy lifting. Your responsibilities will include configuring discovery filters, lists, and scoring rules in Xley to surface on-brand creators across tiers and regions. You will set negotiation guardrails and approve exceptions, with Xley handling outreach and auto-negotiation. Adapting brand objectives into campaign briefs, reviewing AI-assisted briefs, and ensuring compliance will also be part of your role. Monitoring dashboards for SLAs, delivery windows, and risk alerts, as well as handling on-site creator shoots, content capture days, and client events are essential tasks. You will interpret Xley analytics, publish insights, and recommendations to clients. Building trust with priority creators and talent managers, converting learnings into reusable presets, and partnering with various teams for cross-functional collaboration are also key aspects of your role.,
