Preferred Fields of Study & Experience: (Any one) : Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on identity and access management (IAM) solutions, preferably Sailpoint IdentityIQ. • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality software testing solutions in complex enterprise environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and reproduce defects and provide detailed information for resolution. Technical Skills & Responsibilities: • Expertise in software testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, and test execution. • Should possess strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and be able to apply best practices to ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Proficiency in testing Sailpoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM solutions. • Should have hands-on experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ or any IAM platform testing experience and be able to design and execute test cases to validate its functionality, performance, and security. • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium ,Jmeter or JUnit. • Should be able to automate test cases to improve efficiency and scalability of the testing process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. • Should have excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues. • Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of the Sailpoint solution after changes or enhancements. • Should be able to design and execute regression test suites to validate the impact of changes on existing functionalities. • Perform performance testing to assess the scalability and responsiveness of the Sailpoint solution under different load conditions. This includes load testing, stress testing, and performance profiling to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software testing and identity and access management. • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. • Ability to work both independently and in various team settings. • Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of setting priorities. • Flexible to accommodate time-zones as teams are geographically dispersed. Preferred • Familiarity with IAM solutions, such as Sailpoint, Okta is desirable. • Understanding of security testing methodologies and tools, such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite. • Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA or Azure ADO. Preferred / Nice to have: o Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Foundation Level Certification Mandatory Skill - Must Have - Sailpoint Testing Good to have - Sailpoint IIQ
