Senior HVAC Revit Designer

**Role Overview:** PM Group is looking for a Senior HVAC REVIT DESIGNER to join their Building Services Department in Bangalore. As a leading International engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm, PM Group delivers complex, capital projects in various sectors across the globe. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with other PM Group offices to understand the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, man-hours, etc. - HVAC detailed design of ductwork for Cleanrooms and Laboratories involving HVAC equipment modelling of various components such as Air Handling Units, Exhaust fans, pressure control devices, reheat coils, balancing dampers, fire dampers, etc. - Complete the work in both 2D AUTOCAD and REVIT MEP 3D packages with multiple users involved. **Qualifications:** - A degree in Mechanical Engineering. - 10+ years of experience with an EPC firm working on HVAC ductwork and pipework design. - Detailed design experience in 2D and 3D of ductwork for Cleanrooms and Laboratories involving HVAC equipment modelling. - Ability to coordinate with other designers including Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and process piping disciplines. - Design experience with clients from Europe and the USA is an advantage. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. **Additional Details:** As an employee-owned company, PM Group is committed to inclusivity, driven by Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability which are at the core of their new 2025 business strategy.
