Senior HVAC Revit Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining PM Group as a Senior HVAC REVIT DESIGNER in the Building Services Department in Bangalore. PM Group is a prominent International engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm with a global presence and a dedicated team focused on delivering complex projects across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with other PM Group offices to understand project scope, deliverables, timelines, and man-hours. - Perform HVAC detailed design of ductwork for Cleanrooms and Laboratories, including modeling HVAC equipment such as Air Handling Units, Exhaust fans, pressure control devices, reheat coils, balancing dampers, and fire dampers. - Utilize both 2D AUTOCAD and REVIT MEP 3D packages for completing the work with multiple users involved. Qualifications: - Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Have a minimum of 10 years of experience with an EPC firm focusing on HVAC ductwork and pipework design. - Demonstrate detailed design experience in both 2D and 3D of ductwork for Cleanrooms and Laboratories, involving HVAC equipment modeling. - Ability to coordinate with designers from various disciplines including Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and process piping. - Design experience with clients from Europe and the USA is advantageous. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
