Senior HR Systems Specialist, Workday

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Organon, you will be responsible for coordinating and capturing user feedback through various methods such as testing, surveys, and voice of the customer initiatives for the Workday system. You will play a key role in configuring, designing, and implementing system requests to meet diverse business requirements. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the Digital HR product roadmap by establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating them into system and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Recommend system features and solutions while considering priorities and tradeoffs to ensure alignment among stakeholders - Champion an employee-centric approach to enhance user experience by collaborating with technology, service delivery teams, global experience owners, and corporate partners - Lead and collaborate with other resources to communicate product and feature releases effectively, contributing to the creation and dissemination of messages through various communication channels - Ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical designs, configurations, and documentation by working closely with the internal IT organization - Troubleshoot issues and research solutions through technology communities and case managers, keeping documentation and request tracking systems up to date - Maintain synchronization between functional and technical specifications in collaboration with IT Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree - Experience with various HR systems such as Workday, ADP, and Celergo - Proficiency in HCM, Reporting, and Integrations - Ability to work independently, manage projects effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication skills - Experience with SaaS implementation and maintenance is highly desirable - Preferred qualifications include knowledge of inbound and outbound EIBs using XSLT transformations and Cloud Connect integrations, as well as experience in data analysis, integrations, and data quality concepts - Commitment to excellence, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are valued qualities If you are looking to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing innovative health solutions and making a positive impact on women's health, Organon is the place for you.
