As a Senior HR Executive in Learning and Development at Cyrix Health Care, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training and development needs within the organization. - Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and courses to address identified needs. - Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants acquire the required skills and knowledge. - Curate and develop training materials, e-learning modules, and resources to support ongoing learning and development. - Implement assessment methods and conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed. - Work with employees to create individual development plans, tracking progress and providing guidance on career growth opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
