Senior HR Executive L&D

Cyrix Health Care is currently seeking a Senior HR Executive specializing in Learning and Development (L&D). As a Senior HR Executive in this role, you will be responsible for various key areas related to Learning and Development within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with department heads and HR to conduct Training Needs Analysis, identifying the training and development requirements across the organization. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing training programs, workshops, and courses to address the identified needs effectively. Facilitating training sessions, both in-person and virtually, will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will ensure that participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge through engaging and informative training delivery. Moreover, you will curate and develop learning resources such as training materials, e-learning modules, and other resources to support continuous learning and development initiatives. As part of the role, you will also be responsible for implementing assessment methods and conducting evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Based on the evaluation results, you will make necessary improvements to enhance the overall training experience. Collaborating with employees to create individual development plans, tracking their progress, and providing guidance on career growth opportunities will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications is essential to ensure efficient tracking of training initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development. The role is based in Kochi (Petta) and requires full-time commitment on a permanent basis. The work schedule is during the day shift and is expected to be conducted in person.
