As a Senior HR Recruiter at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Plan the hiring needs of the organization effectively. - Prepare detailed role task documents for recruitment purposes. - Source and screen potential candidates to find the best fit for each role. - Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process. - Coordinate with various recruitment agencies and prospective candidates. - Maintain and update databases with relevant information. Qualifications & Experience: - Must be a graduate with a degree in B.Com or BBA. An MBA qualification is highly preferred. - Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and interviewing. - Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality are essential. - A stable career record with not more than 1 job change in the last 5 years is required. - Immediate joiners located nearby to our office in Sector 86, Mohali are preferred.
