Job Summary:

Senior Holidays Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Design and sell customized
domestic & international holiday packages
based on client preferences.
Coordinate with
hotels, airlines, and local tour operators
to create seamless travel itineraries.
Handle customer queries and provide expert travel advice, ensuring
exceptional customer satisfaction
.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new leads to increase sales.
Keep up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including
visa processing, flight bookings, accommodation, sightseeing, and transport
.
Ensure cost-effective and competitive pricing for holiday packages.
Assist in resolving
customer complaints
and ensuring smooth trip execution.
Work towards achieving monthly
sales targets
and contribute to business growth.

Key Skills & Requirements:

3+ years
of experience in handling
holiday packages (domestic & international)
.
Strong knowledge of
popular travel destinations, hotels, and attractions
.
Excellent
communication & negotiation skills
.
Experience with
GDS (Amadeus) & travel booking platforms
is a plus.
Customer-oriented mindset with
problem-solving skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and
meet sales targets
.
Bachelor's degree in
Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
(preferred).
