Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Deoghar for a Senior Guest Service Associate Front Office. The primary responsibilities include attending to guest inquiries, managing reservations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. The associate will also handle guest complaints and requests, providing prompt and efficient solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role in Deoghar
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Experiance of IDS Software
