Job Description


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategically qualify leads from marketing campaigns to identify sales opportunities.
  2. Utilize initiative and creativity to identify strong potential prospects, generating outbound lead opportunities.
  3. Employ cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels to generate new leads.
  4. Maintain organized and accurate prospect information and activity reports in CRM software.
  5. Identify and develop referral sources to establish successful referring relationships.
  6. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  7. Interact with Marketing managers, VPs, etc., utilising various media to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  8. Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies, focusing on target markets.
  9. Develop a strong knowledge of Digital Marketing/Website designing & Development to facilitate the sales process.
  10. Manage and lead a sales team, overseeing and updating sales results.
  11. Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to develop cooperative working relationships.
  12. Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and generate new sales through referrals.
  13. Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals/pitches.
  14. Demonstrate strong presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
  15. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  16. Utilize social media tools like LinkedIn for effective communication.
  17. Schedule and conduct meetings.
  18. Report sales results to the reporting person.
  19. Handle team targets for lead generation and closing.



REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in digital sales, with a proven track record in business development, preferably with managerial experience.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing prospect information.
  4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Initiative and creativity in identifying potential prospects.
  6. Networking skills to identify and develop referral sources.
  7. A proactive approach to seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  8. In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Designing & Development.
  9. Leadership skills to manage and lead a sales team, updating sales results.
  10. Confidence in preparing proposals/pitches and delivering presentations.
  11. Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
