Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creatives for digital campaigns, including social media posts, ads, banners, website elements, and emailers.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance teams to develop engaging brand visuals that align with campaign goals.
• Design brand identities, logos, and presentation materials for client projects.
• Create motion graphics or short-form videos (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Stay updated with current design, social media, and advertising trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 13 years of experience

  in a digital marketing agency or similar creative environment.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Basic understanding of social media formats and digital ad specifications (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
• A strong online
