Senior Graphic & Visual Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-driven, and design-savvy Senior Graphic & UI Designer to join our luxury brand and real estate division. The ideal candidate will possess a refined design aesthetic, a deep understanding of luxury brand communication, and the ability to translate concepts into sophisticated visual and digital experiences.

This role requires balancing creativity with strategy developing elegant and user-centric designs that elevate the brand’s presence across digital, print, and experiential platforms..

Key Responsibilities::

UI/UX Design:

• Conceptualize and design

  intuitive, elegant, and responsive user interfaces

  for websites, digital applications, and brand microsites.
• Develop

  wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and user flows

  to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure designs are

  aesthetically refined and aligned with luxury brand standards

  while maintaining usability and performance.
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to create seamless, premium digital journeys.
• Identify and address

  UX challenges

  to enhance the customer experience and engagement.
• Maintain

  design systems, visual language, and UI guidelines

  consistent with the brand's tone and identity.

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Create

  high-end marketing collaterals

  , brochures, digital creatives, presentations, advertisements, and visual identities that reflect brand luxury and sophistication.
• Design

  corporate branding, project logos, and campaign visuals

  for exclusive real estate developments and hospitality offerings.
• Select refined

  color palettes, typography, imagery, and layouts

  that align with the brand's design philosophy.
• Translate marketing strategies into

  visually compelling campaigns

  that resonate with a high-net-worth audience.
• Present creative concepts to management, CMD, and key stakeholders with clear visual storytelling and rationale.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all

  digital, print, and on-ground branding materials

  .

Front-End Design:

• Collaborate with developers to transform UI/UX mockups into

  interactive, responsive, and high-performing websites.

• Ensure

  technical feasibility, scalability, and optimization

  of designs for all devices and screen sizes.
• Implement refined visual elements that reflect the brand's

  luxury aesthetic and attention to detail

  .
• Maintain reusable design assets and code libraries for enhanced consistency and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

  .

• 5–8 years

  of professional experience, including

  2–3 years

  in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in

  UI/UX design, graphic design, and brand communication

  within

  luxury, real estate, or hospitality sectors

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Sketch,

  and other design tools.
• Working knowledge of

  HTML, CSS

  , and principles of responsive front-end design.
• Strong understanding of

  luxury aesthetics, brand storytelling, and visual hierarchy

• Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to

  work collaboratively with marketing, product, and leadership teams

  to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
