About the Role

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually impactful designs across multiple channels — from brand visuals to UI/UX and dynamic motion content. 

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

• Create visually attractive designs for campaigns, social media, marketing materials, and more.
• Develop and maintain visual brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and finished assets.

Web & UI/UX

• Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces for websites and digital platforms.
• Develop wireframes, UI mock-ups, and clickable prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and UI tools like Figma or Adobe XD (Preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in graphic, digital, and motion design.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with web design systems, responsive design, and basic UX principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Motion Graphics and Video Editing skills
• Experience in branding and campaign development.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or working with developers is a plus.
• 3D design or animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).

Shift Details

• Working Hours: 10:30 am – 7:30 (may differ depending on client Requirements)
• Workdays: Mon-Fri (Occasionally we might ask to work on a Saturday)
• Leave Policy: 20 Casual Leaves + 7 Sick Leave
