Senior Graphic Designer

Role:

We are seeking a sophisticated and detail oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role you will be the guardian of our visual identity, translating our high end interior design concepts into compelling brand stories. You will bridge the gap between architectural excellence and marketing impact creating bespoke assets that resonate with a premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand stewardship: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual language across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent "luxury" feel.

• Editorial & Layout: Design high impact company brochures, lookbooks and technical proposals that reflect the elegance of our physical spaces.

• Strategic Pitch Decks: Craft visually stunning presentations and pitch decks for corporate clients and HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) stakeholders.

• Digital Presence: Develop curated social media content, emailers, and website assets that align with current luxury design trends.

• Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end design process, from initial mood boarding to final print production and digital publishing.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Interior Designers and Architects to translate floor plans and 3D renders into marketing-friendly visuals.

Candidate Profile

* Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

* Experience: 35 years of professional experience (Agency or In-house). Experience in Interior Design, Luxury Retail, or Architecture is highly preferred.

* Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects or Canva for quick-turnaround social content is a plus.

* Design Sensibility: A strong portfolio demonstrating minimalist aesthetics, sophisticated typography, and a "less is more" approach.

* Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to handle tight deadlines, and the confidence to present creative ideas to leadership.
