Role Overview: You will be joining Tussle Digital as a Senior Graphic Designer, responsible for creating high-quality video content, designing engaging graphics, and contributing to various creative projects that support the brand and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: - Video Editing: - Assemble raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use. - Develop video content that effectively communicates the intended message and engages the target audience. - Perform video editing tasks including cutting, trimming, arranging clips, adding transitions, and applying effects. - Incorporate soundtracks, sound effects, and voiceovers. Adjust audio levels for clarity and impact. - Prepare final video products for different platforms and formats ensuring high-quality output. - Graphic Design (Digital + Print): - Create visual assets for marketing materials including social media posts, flyers, brochures, and advertisements. - Ensure all graphics align with the brand's visual identity and style guidelines. - Develop innovative design concepts for various projects including web graphics, print media, and promotional materials. - Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma to create high-quality graphics and design elements. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design ideas and meet project objectives. - General Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards. - Accept and act on feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve video and graphic content. - Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
