As a Senior Graphic Designer at Tussle Digital, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality video content and engaging graphics to support our brand and marketing objectives. You should be proficient in both video editing and graphic design, possessing the ability to produce compelling visual assets for various projects. Your responsibilities will include video editing tasks like assembling raw footage into polished content, developing engaging storytelling videos, managing post-production tasks, incorporating soundtracks and voiceovers, and preparing final video products for different platforms. In terms of graphic design, you will be responsible for creating visual assets for marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency, developing innovative design concepts, and collaborating with the marketing team to meet project objectives. Your must-have skills and knowledge should include proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. You must also have strong creative skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of animation and motion graphics. Understanding social media platforms and best practices for visual content is also required. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
