Senior Graphic Designer

As a talented Senior Graphic Designer at TransJet Cargo (North America), your role will primarily focus on Graphic Design (70%) while also involving Video Editing (30%). We are seeking a bold, confident, and highly creative individual who thrives under pressure and excels as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of visual storytelling, clear communication skills both verbally and in writing, and the ability to deliver high-quality, engaging content across various design and video formats. Your primary responsibilities will include creating visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, internal/external communication, digital media, and events. You will design for both print and digital platforms, handle projects from brief to final delivery with complete ownership, contribute innovative ideas for brand storytelling, and maintain design consistency and brand standards across all outputs. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips for social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand-compliant, engaging video assets delivered in various formats/resolutions, and staying updated with editing trends and styles. In addition to your primary and secondary responsibilities, you may also be involved in writing creative short-form content, assisting with ideation and scripting for videos and social posts, as well as proofreading and ensuring content quality across formats. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, confident communicator with excellent English skills, detail-oriented with strong time management abilities, calm under pressure, and possess a strong sense of accountability and creativity. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing roles, a strong portfolio showcasing design and video work, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of current design and video trends, formats, and platforms.
