Role & Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the overall graphic design function across digital and marketing platforms.
• Define and implement visual identity, branding guidelines, and creative direction.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of designers to consistently deliver high-quality outputs.

Design & Execution

• Create impactful visual assets including branding, infographics, motion graphics, promotional banners, thumbnails, and marketing collateral.
• Design 2D/3D visuals and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Ensure designs are optimized for multiple formats including web, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align visuals with business and communication goals.

Quality & Innovation

• Maintain design consistency across all platforms while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Experiment with emerging design trends, creative tools, and AI-driven techniques.
• Uphold industry-quality standards for all design outputs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in digital, IT, or creative industries.
• Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

  (core design tools)

• Adobe After Effects

  (motion graphics)

• InDesign

  (print/editorial graphics)

• Cinema 4D / Blender

  (3D graphics strong plus)

• Figma / Canva

  (for layouts & mockups)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, branding, and motion graphics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in animation, character design, or explainer graphics.
• Familiarity with digital workflows and design systems.
• Knowledge of digital-first content formats (shorts, reels, social media creatives).
