Core Responsibilities: - Develop captivating visual content, including graphics, animations, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CorelDRAW, and After Effects. - Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, audience demographics, and brand guidelines, ensuring designs meet client expectations. - Generate innovative ideas and concepts that push creative boundaries while adhering to project scope and objectives. - Manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering designs on time without compromising quality. - Incorporate feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members to refine and enhance visual materials. - Conduct thorough reviews of designs to ensure they meet brand standards and client expectations before final delivery. - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and remain competitive. Requirements: - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Graphics Designer, demonstrating expertise in designing for digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and After Effects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), CorelDRAW, and other multimedia software/tools. - Strong creative and design skills with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. - Proven ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
