Senior Graphic Designer - Performance Marketing

Introduction –

Brandslane is a Performance Marketing agency that helps Direct-To-Consumer eCommerce to grow their revenue with more acquisitions and sales. Over the last 6+ years, we have worked with some notable brands in India & outside the D2C space including - Yaanman, Gehna, Bummer, MDNT45, DiamondLady, BombaySweetShop, SwissTimeHouse, RippedUpNutrition and others.

Senior Graphic Designers

Requirements –

1. Must have at least 2 year experience in producing ad creatives working for an marketing agency or e-commerce brands.
2. Must understand the creative process and flows that make images/creatives thumb-stopping and click worthy.

• You must have great experience of producing static graphic designs performance/social media creatives.
• Must have worked on product graphics.
• You must be able to manage the idea from concept to visuals based on requirements.
• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and composition; ability to create clean, on-brand visuals.
• Stay on top of static and motion-design trends, tools, and techniques that psychological impact.
• Translate storyboards and scripts into engaging visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. 
• Have a good understanding of the direct response ad creative design psychology for thumb stopping creatives.
• Producing some past work for product businesses is a must.
• A recent experience of including AI tools in your workflow will be beneficial.

Tools Required –

1. Technical Proficiency:

   Adobe Suit, AI tools.

2. Platform Knowledge:

   Instagram, Shorts.

3. Portfolio:

   A strong reel showcasing a variety of ecommerce graphics projects
