Job Description

Position:

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and visual direction for digital campaigns, brand creatives, packaging, and print media.
Translate brand strategy into a compelling and consistent visual language across all channels.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to create impactful brand experiences.
Oversee production for digital, print, and packaging deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior designers and freelancers to maintain high creative standards.
Ensure quality and brand consistency in all outputs.

Requirements

4 to 7 years of total experience in design/art direction.
Minimum 2 years in print media.
Minimum 4 years in digital design.
Exposure to packaging design preferred.
Educational background in visual arts or design from an art/design school (preferred).
Prior experience in creative/branding agencies is an advantage.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other professional design tools.

Soft Skills

Strong creative vision with a keen eye for brand aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Open to constructive feedback and iteration.
Strong ownership, time management, and attention to detail.
