Position: Sr. Graphic Designer/Art Director Location: On-site Kannur, Kerala Experience Required: 4 to 7 years About the Role We are seeking a passionate and conceptually strong Sr. Graphic Designer/Art Director to lead creative storytelling across digital, print, and packaging platforms. You will combine big-picture vision with meticulous execution, shaping the visual identity of our growing consumer brand. This role demands expertise in both traditional and digital spaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Lead design and visual direction for digital campaigns, brand creatives, packaging, and print media. Translate brand strategy into a compelling and consistent visual language across all channels. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to create impactful brand experiences. Oversee production for digital, print, and packaging deliverables. Mentor and guide junior designers and freelancers to maintain high creative standards. Ensure quality and brand consistency in all outputs. Requirements 4 to 7 years of total experience in design/art direction. Minimum 2 years in print media. Minimum 4 years in digital design. Exposure to packaging design preferred. Educational background in visual arts or design from an art/design school (preferred). Prior experience in creative/branding agencies is an advantage. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other professional design tools. Soft Skills Strong creative vision with a keen eye for brand aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Open to constructive feedback and iteration. Strong ownership, time management, and attention to detail. Additional Information Candidates residing within 15 km of Kannur district are preferred.
