Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer in our Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual campaigns across various online platforms. Your role will involve designing eye-catching advertising banners, creatives, and visuals for Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other marketing channels, as well as for email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials. You will continuously refresh and optimize campaign creatives for high performance, create visual assets, posters, marketing collaterals, and brand graphics. Proficiency in Figma is a must as you will design website & mobile layouts, UI mockups, and marketing documents using this tool. Additionally, you will leverage AI design tools to enhance creative production, handle advance video editing for short-form marketing content, and ensure visual consistency across all channels. Qualifications for this role include: - 9+ years of professional experience in digital marketing design - Expertise in Figma and industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) - A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail - Proficiency with AI-driven design tools and a passion for innovation - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent understanding of multimedia channels and digital advertising trends In terms of what we offer, this position initially allows for remote work with the possibility of relocation to Mysore for on-site work. The salary offered is in the range of 8 to 11 LPA (CTC) for candidates with 9+ years of industry experience.,
