What Youll Do:

• Design

  static banners, carousels, GIFs, and lightweight motion graphics tailored for performance channels.
• Work with

  (Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop AI, Figma plugins, etc.) to ideate, adapt, and generate assets faster.
• Collaborate with performance marketing team to

  build and test multiple variants

  (hooks, CTAs, colors, formats) for better CTR and conversions.
• Repurpose and adapt creatives across multiple platforms and formats (Meta, YouTube, GDN, Amazon, Flipkart).

• Optimize based on data

• Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with bold, testable creative ideas.
• Occasionally support

  shoot-to-design workflow

You Should Have:

• 36 years of design experience, preferably in

  digital-first or D2C brands/agencies

• A

  strong portfolio of performance ad creatives

• Proficiency in

• Comfort using

• Understanding of
