Job Brief: Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer will create engaging and creative graphics to represent the company's brand visually. They are responsible for all aspects of graphic design, from planning illustrations or infographics to managing marketing materials such as social media posts and emails.

Location: Lucknow

Roles & Responsibilities:

Researching and out-of-the-box thinking to design graphics.

Template and layout design in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw.

Overall brand elevations and graphics development such as Banners, Infographics, Icons, Illustrations, Sketches, Logos etc.

Design pages for print and digital so that information is easy to find, read, and understand.

Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.

Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.

Translate information about the business and customers into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.

Design & Critical Thinking

Should be able to differentiate in between a good design and a bad design.

Should understand the right use and implementation of color-pallets and typography

Should be consistent with design thinking and critical thinking and execute layouts on the basis of various design patterns, customer psychologies and newest online trends.

Conceptualize creative ways to showcase the extra ordinary designs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Design

Candidate should have his/her own portfolio (Share link with resume)

Proficient in Coral draw, Illustrator & photoshop

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Experience into Graphic Designing

Strong Communication skills

Good with timelines

Candidate should be open to work from office.
