Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. As a Graphic Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding the graphic design team. Your primary tasks will include participating in the design and redesign of websites and mobile apps, analyzing project specifications, delegating responsibilities to team members, ensuring quality work within deadlines and budget constraints, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. Your role will also involve staying updated on new design techniques and processes to deliver high-quality designs. Additionally, you will support and mentor team members in selecting the appropriate style, graphics, and visual elements to align with project objectives. Collaborating with clients to determine suitable design and development approaches, UI frameworks, and tools will be part of your responsibilities. Key Skills Required: - A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. - Strong time management and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Previous experience in leadership roles is preferred.
