Senior Global Payroll Cloud Implementation Specialist

Role Overview: You will review user design to ensure optimum end user experience and assist in creating or improving testing matrices. You will coordinate testing with other lines of business and collaborate closely with developers by logging and monitoring all bugs relating to systems being tested. It will be your responsibility to effectively communicate project testing progress to the project team, escalate issues in a timely manner, and ensure project deadlines are met by monitoring information gathering and issue resolution. Additionally, you will update and log new projects in project tracking software, lead or participate in conference calls professionally, support team members with learning and queries, document business requirements, provide training on new cloud systems, assist in the creation of communication plans, provide support post go-live, operate within department policies and procedures, and continuously adapt knowledge on existing/new cloud implementations for first-level support.
