Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Role Overview: As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various key performance areas and activities to ensure the successful completion of technical tasks and design projects. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Visit sites and prepare techno-commercial proposals within specified timelines. This involves reviewing and preparing designs, drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), specifications, rate analysis, and construction methodology to meet project requirements efficiently. - Optimize systems to ensure efficient turnaround time for proposals, thereby enhancing project delivery timelines. - Review, modify, and create technical documents for the Indian subsidiary of the sector. This includes revising technical data sheets, tender specifications, training materials, and other relevant documents after approval from the Head of Department (HOD) on a monthly basis. - Study soil investigation reports, input data, loadings, and drawings provided by customers to develop accurate designs, drawings, quantities, and other project-related documentation. - Ensure that project specifications with suitable Pre-Qualification (PQ) criteria are included in tender specifications during the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR). - Continuously update information on market scenarios and competitor knowledge to stay informed about industry trends and developments. - Populate Smart Terms & Conditions to streamline project processes and contractual agreements effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in geotechnical engineering projects. - Strong knowledge of design software and technical documentation. - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
