Job Description

Position Description :

Senior Functional Test Engineer UAT and SIT

Experience: 4 – 6 years

Role Overview:

Location: Trivandrum, Onsite -Oman

Key Responsibilities

Review project requirements, functional specifications, and design documents to define test objectives and

coverage areas.

Develop detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets aligned with project scope.
Validate cross-system data flow and integration points
between Finacle IBMB, Prime, S1 Postillion, T24
Log, track, and retest defects; maintain comprehensive test evidence, execution reports, and defect summaries.
Support UAT, SIT, regression cycles, and performance/market rehearsal testing.
Collaborate with QA leads and project managers to ensure test coverage, progress tracking, and release

readiness.

Ensure multi-platform compatibility and validate multi-lingual/Arabic interface requirements where applicable.

Preferred Expertise

Strong functional QA experience in banking applications, including Finacle IBMB, Prime, S1 Postillion, T24
Hands-on experience with UAT testing.
Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
