Senior Full-Stack .Net Developer

Role Overview: You are an experienced full-stack engineer responsible for owning complex solution delivery end-to-end. Your expertise in the Microsoft stack, modern cloud, AI, and architectural skills will be utilized to build scalable, customer-centric solutions. This hands-on position requires you to write production code and drive best practices in collaboration with product managers, designers, and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver end-to-end production-grade code across the front end (React/TypeScript, Blazor, WebForms) through the backend (C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework) and database including schema design, SQL/LINQ queries, stored procs, indexing, and tuning on SQL Server, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. - Create logical/physical architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and functional/technical specs for solution design and development. - Participate in discovery workshops, capture requirements, create wireframes (Figma/Balsamiq), estimate effort, and present solutions to stakeholders for customer engagement. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in a professional software engineering role. - Expertise in Microsoft stack technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework Core, and Legacy - NET Webforms. - Proficiency in front-end technologies like React + TypeScript or Blazor WebAssembly/Server, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap). - Strong skills in SQL Server, stored procs, performance tuning, with familiarity in MongoDB or PostgreSQL as a plus. - Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI-CD, design patterns, micro-services, and clean architecture. - Hands-on experience with unit/integration/E2E testing and excellent client-facing communication skills. Additional Details: The company values individuals with commercial experience in Node.js (Express/Nest) and/or Python (FastAPI/Django) for micro-services, serverless functions, automation scripts, or data pipelines. Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, CloudFormation), LLM engineering concepts like prompt design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), safety/guardrails, embeddings (Vector DBs), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, Teams apps, experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Vercel V0), familiarity with UX wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq), and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) would be beneficial.,
