You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience and are expected to work as per Company Standards. As an experienced full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for owning complex solution delivery end-to-end. Your expertise in the Microsoft stack - including .NET, C#, SQL Server, Blazor/React, and Azure DevOps - along with modern cloud, AI, and architectural skills will be crucial in building scalable and customer-centric solutions. This hands-on position requires you to write production code and implement best practices in collaboration with product managers, designers, and clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Solution design & development: Delivering end-to-end production-grade code across the front end (React/TypeScript, Blazor, WebForms) through the backend (C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework) and database, including schema design, SQL/LINQ queries, stored procedures, indexing, and tuning on SQL Server, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. - Architecture & documentation: Creating logical/physical architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and functional/technical specifications. - Customer engagement: Participating in discovery workshops, capturing requirements, creating wireframes (Figma/Balsamiq), estimating effort, and presenting solutions to stakeholders. Required Skills: - 3+ years of experience in a professional software engineering role. - Expertise in the Microsoft stack, including C#, ASP.NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework Core, and Legacy - NET Webforms. - Front-end skills in React + TypeScript or Blazor WebAssembly/Server, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Bootstrap. - Proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures, performance tuning, with familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL being a plus. - Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI-CD. - Strong understanding of design patterns, microservices, and clean architecture. - Hands-on experience with unit/integration/E2E testing. - Excellent client-facing communication skills. Nice-to-have skills: - Commercial experience with Node.js (Express/Nest) and/or Python (FastAPI/Django) for microservices, serverless functions, automation scripts, or data pipelines. - Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, CloudFormation). - Knowledge of LLM engineering concepts: prompt design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), safety/guardrails, embeddings (Vector DBs). - Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, and Teams apps. - Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Vercel V0. - Familiarity with UX wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).,
