Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Execution Lead team of engineers to design and develop high performing software using agile methodologies including planning, tracking, executing and communicating with leadership team. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers through code reviews and Agile practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps. Technical skills Develop full-stack applications using Node.js (Express.js/Nest.js) and Angular/React. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Design and optimize MySQL/MS SQL databases. Implement and manage microservices architecture and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Ensure application performance, security (JWT, OAuth, RBAC), and scalability. Implement CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
