Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, Django, React.js, and Socket programming (e.g., WebSockets, Socket.IO). The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in building robust, scalable, and real-time web applications. This is a key role in our product development team based out of Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python (Django) and React.js
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets or similar socket-based technologies
• Build RESTful and WebSocket APIs for seamless client-server communication
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and documentation
• Debug and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong backend development experience with Python and Django (Django Rest Framework)
• Frontend expertise with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with real-time communication using WebSockets, Socket.IO, or similar technologies
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency
• Strong experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or GraphQL
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,018,396.86 - ₹1,516,678.35 per year
