Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Individual Contributor) at our company, you will be responsible for hands-on development, focusing on building, optimizing, and scaling web-based applications and internal business systems. You will work with modern technologies such as Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, and SQL to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web-based applications and toolchains. You will also be involved in architecting, developing, and optimizing internal and external business systems using technologies like Node.js, SQL, ReactJS, and AngularJS. It will be your responsibility to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions, implementing new functionalities with high-quality code and automated unit tests. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and maintainability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation. You will also need to ensure adherence to secure coding practices and data protection principles. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, and Node.js. A strong knowledge of SQL databases, server-side technologies, Agile methodologies, and proficiency in object-oriented analysis and design across multiple programming languages are essential. Familiarity with secure coding practices and data protection, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will be crucial. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are also required. This is a full-time position located in Thrissur, Kerala, requiring in-person presence on a day shift schedule.
