Our culture is rooted in innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Cornerstone MAP team. This role involves end-to-end software development, from designing intuitive front-end interfaces to building robust back-end systems and deploying scalable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong back-end development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java (Spring Boot). • Experience with cloud platforms: Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system design. Nice to Have • Experience with Salesforce or customer profile management systems.

• Exposure to Generative AI, LangChain, or Agentic AI development.

• Knowledge of Terraform, SwiftUI, Kotlin, or Android Studio. Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) are a plus. Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Self-motivated, fast learner, and team player.
