As a Business Consultant specializing in P&C (Property & Casualty - Personal and Commercial Insurance), you should have experience working in Property & Casualty lines, including both Personal and Commercial Insurance. Familiarity with functional processes like PC, BC, and CC is preferred, with experience in Guidewire or Duckcreek being advantageous. Key Lines of Business (LOBs) in Personal and Commercial Insurance include Property, Auto, and General Liability. Additionally, experience in Casualty Lines such as Professional Liability, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, EPL, Inland Marine, Cargo, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, and Excess Liability is beneficial. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Work on multiple Business transformation, upgrade, and modernization programs. - Gather requirements and elicit information by writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). - Conduct JAD sessions and Workshops to capture requirements, working closely with Product Owners. - Define the most optimal future state operational process and related product configuration in collaboration with the client. - Provide innovative solutions, challenge new client requirements, and ensure the delivery of required business value. - Elaborate and deliver clearly defined requirement documents with relevant dataflow and process flow diagrams. - Collaborate with the product design development team to analyze and extract functional enhancements. - Provide product consultancy and assist the client with acceptance criteria gathering and support throughout the project life cycle. **Product Experience/Other Skills:** - Proficiency in Guidewire, Duckcreek, Exigent, Majesco is preferred. - Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication. - End-to-end process knowledge in P&C insurance domain. - Willingness to work in flexible shifts with a good amount of overlap with US/UK hours. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Industry certifications such as AINS 21, AINS 22, AINS 23, and AINS 24 will be advantageous. - Additional experience in Life or other insurance domains is a plus.
