Making system designs and supporting architectural decisions, followed by working with cross-functional teams to deliver them. Devising innovative ways to identify and solve bottlenecks and bugs. Skills & Qualifications Required Provable proficiency in ReactJS & NextJS Experience in Performance Optimization. Performant UI, SEO knowledge from a developer's point of view. Designed & built scalable applications in ReactJS & NextJS Have worked on high-traffic products & scaled it to million users. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Should be able to guide and support the team as and when required Passionate about taking on new challenges and learning new technologies Having experience in building projects from scratch is an added advantage Should be flexible to learn and adapt to new technologies.
