Senior Frontend Engineer

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in React.js/Next.js ecosystem and headless CMS platforms such as WordPress and Strapi. Your primary responsibility will be leading the development of user-facing web applications, ensuring pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces that provide an excellent user experience. In addition to technical tasks, you will mentor other engineers, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Architect & Develop: - Lead the design and implementation of highly performant web applications using Next.js or Wordpress - Masterful UI/UX Implementation: - Translate design mockups into clean, maintainable React components for seamless user experience - MarTech & CRM Integration: - Implement and optimize third-party marketing and CRM integrations like Google Ads, VWO, and Salesforce - Headless Integration: - Expertise in integrating frontend applications with headless CMS platforms like Strapi and WordPress - Performance & Optimization: - Ensure web performance metrics, asset optimization, and application speed meet high standards - Mentorship: - Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, maintaining code quality through reviews and best practices Qualification Required: Must-Haves: - 5+ years of professional frontend development experience - Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript - Strong portfolio demonstrating deep UI/UX skills - Experience with MarTech and CRM integrations, Strapi, and WordPress - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors - Knowledge of state management libraries, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and communication Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have): - Immediate availability to join - Knowledge of TypeScript - Experience with other headless CMS platforms - Contributions to open-source projects,
