Senior Frontend Developer (Web Application)

About the Project

We are building a

responsive and interactive web application

designed to provide a seamless user experience by consuming and integrating data from two distinct AI services through a middleware layer. The project requires a strong frontend engineer who can design, build, and optimize scalable React applications while ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of a

scalable React-based frontend application

Architect and implement

component-driven UI

with reusable and maintainable code.

Integrate

RESTful APIs

and handle complex data structures (arrays, nested objects, AI-driven responses).

Manage

application state

efficiently using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.

Implement

responsive designs

and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.

Handle

API states

(loading, error, success) with a focus on user experience.

Collaborate closely with backend and AI/middleware teams for seamless data integration.

Write

unit and integration tests

to ensure code quality and reliability.

Use

Git version control

effectively for collaboration, branching, and reviews.

Optimize for

performance, scalability, and maintainability

Core Technical Skills

JavaScript (ES6+):

Expert-level proficiency, including asynchronous operations, modern syntax, and data structures.

React:

Strong hands-on with

Hooks

(useState, useEffect, useContext, etc.)

Advanced

state management

with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API

Designing scalable

component architecture

API Integration:

Consuming RESTful APIs with axios/fetch

Handling structured/unstructured AI-driven data

Robust error handling and API state management

Styling:

Proficiency in CSS3, CSS-in-JS (Styled-components), or SASS.

Package Management:

Experience with NPM/Yarn for dependencies and scripts.

Testing:

Writing tests with React Testing Library (unit & integration).

Version Control:

Expertise with Git workflows.

Desirable Skills

Data Visualization:

Experience with D3.js, Chart.js, or Recharts to present AI insights.

Performance Optimization:

Familiar with React.memo, lazy loading, and code splitting.

TypeScript:

Working knowledge for type-safe development.

Understanding of

UI/UX best practices

and accessibility (a11y).
