Job Description

Project: The primary goal of the project is the modernization, maintenance and development of an eCommerce platform for a big US-based retail company, serving millions of omnichannel customers each week. Solutions are delivered by several Product Teams focused on different domains - Customer, Loyalty, Search and Browse, Data Integration, Cart. Responsibilities: We are looking for a software engineer who will: • Design and implement cloud-based front-end solutions, leveraging microservices architecture • Collaborate as an active member of our Agile engineering team • Demonstrate a passion for learning and applying new technologies, industry practices, and reusable strategic platforms • Evaluate options, follow standards, and make informed technical decisions • Possess strong proficiency in JavaScript and Vue.js, with a proven ability to use them effectively in front-end development Mandatory Skills: • Strong in JavaScript, 5+ years of experience; • Experience in Vue.js 3+ years; • REST/RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, front-end build pipelines, and tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. • Readiness to participate to late hours meetings (up to 1am IST) Nice-to-Have Skills : • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) or willing to learn new techniques, and approaches Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate Show more Show less
