Role Overview Description A specialised call handling service for the Property Management Industry, primarily Out of Hours managing over 850,000 maintenance emergencies over 350+ client portfolios. The client also provide a comprehensive reactive and planned fully managed maintenance service over all trades and UK postcodes via our Renovo service. The client call handling service - for Property Professionals by Property Professionals Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React. Integrate AI tools and frameworks to enhance user interactions and optimise workflows. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences. Work with the back-end team to integrate APIs, including AI-driven endpoints, ensuring smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems. Optimise application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in front-end and AI integration. Continuously learn and implement the latest web and AI technologies. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Who Were Looking For We are looking for a skilled and driven individual who: Has extensive experience with React, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Has experience integrating AI tools and frameworks in web applications. Is passionate about building intelligent, user-centric applications. Is excited about working in a dynamic environment where ideas come to life. Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and data scientists. Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Has excellent problem-solving skills and can think creatively to tackle complex challenges. Requirements Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with React. Strong Proficiency: In JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. React Ecosystem: Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing (e.g., React Router). AI Experience: Proven experience integrating AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow.js, GPT APIs) in web applications. Daily Use of AI: Comfortable with using AI tools in day-to-day development tasks to optimise workflows and enhance productivity. UI/UX Collaboration: Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life. API Integration: Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and working with back-end teams. Version Control: Proficient in using Git and GitHub/GitLab for version control. Performance Optimisation: Knowledge of front-end performance optimisation and best practices. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bonus Skills: Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, or AI-powered chatbots is a plus.
